We are constantly in the field, witnessing everything from the very beginning of all it with antique homes to the modern properties with green technology.  We are on top of the latest in-home design and building materials.  We write reports that give the client a clear, coherent, detail-oriented report that spells out every market adverse and positive feature to educate the client as to what the property truly is.  We do this with experience, ample photographs, detailed sketches and by putting the necessary commentary into the reports..

We are a husband and wife team. We work side by side, constantly helping each other, correcting one other and building our business together as a team. Because we are a family business we have very high integrity, we care deeply about our service results and we work hard to deliver good quality appraisal reports in a timely manner.
